When I saw this look I fell in love. I'm not usually the biggest fan of Miley's style, but based on her recent fashion choices that might change. I love everything from the draping of the gown to the belt and the shoes. I wish I knew who designed the beautiful gown. Fabulous choice Miley, keep up the good work! Rating: 9/10
